TextileWays manages apparel development and production in Pakistan for international brands, distributors and organisations. Our production workflow covers product development, material planning, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing, quality control and export packing.

Every stage below, from the first sample to the final export carton, runs against a written specification and an approved reference, so a reorder matches the first order rather than approximating it.

A product starts as a brief and becomes a specification: construction, measurements, materials and trims recorded before a single piece is cut. Every proto, fit and pre production sample is made and documented in the same room.
Materials
Incoming fabric and trims are checked against the specification before cutting starts. Rolls are stored and tagged so the right quality reaches the right order, and a fault found here costs metres rather than finished garments.
Cutting
Patterns are graded and markers planned to make the most of every roll. Fabric is relaxed, spread and cut in shade-lot segregated batches, then audited against the pattern before moving to the line.
Assembly
Sewing lines run against the approved sample, organised into workstations with defined operations, so a problem is caught and corrected at the operation that caused it rather than discovered at the end of the line.
Decoration
Screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer and multi head embroidery are matched to the fabric and the artwork. Strike offs and sew outs are approved before anything runs at bulk.
Quality
Garments are measured against the chart during the run rather than only at the end, and checked again at finishing for trimming, pressing, decoration placement and label position. In house testing equipment supports fabric checks such as GSM verification.
Packing
Finished goods are folded, polybagged and packed to the agreed assortment, then audited for quantity, marking and ticketing before a carton is sealed for export.
The same specification, approval and inspection structure applies whether an order is fifty pieces or a hundred thousand. What changes is scheduling, material procurement and shipment planning, not the discipline behind the product.

Equipment
Machinery and production routing are selected according to the garment's construction, fabric and finishing requirements, rather than run through one fixed line regardless of the product.

Visiting
Verification beats description. Buyers placing a significant programme are welcome to see production directly, in person or on a live call.
Buyers and their representatives are welcome to visit. Give us notice so the right people are available and so you see production rather than an empty floor.
A live walkthrough of the relevant production area can be arranged before you commit to a bulk order, alongside or instead of a physical visit.
Buyer appointed inspectors and third party inspection agencies are supported. Tell us the standard and sampling plan so the schedule allows for inspection and any rework it identifies.
Audits are supported and the information an audit requires is provided directly. A specific certification is confirmed only where one is genuinely held; ask directly and we will tell you plainly what is in place for your order.
