TextileWays helps new clothing brands launch their first collection from approximately 50 pieces per style, following technical review. You do not need a tech pack to start: send a sketch, a photo or a reference garment, and we develop the specification and the sample with you.
A first order is a test of fit, fabric, print and demand, so it should be small enough to learn from and structured so a successful style can be reordered without starting again. Every approved sample, fabric specification and colour standard is recorded, so your second drop matches your first when volume grows.

Specification
Weight ranges are typical for this product. The finished weight of your fabric is confirmed on the approved sample rather than guaranteed to a figure.
Decoration
Decoration is matched to the fabric and the artwork rather than applied by default.

Ordering
None of these figures are published as a universal number, because none is true across every specification.
Projects can begin from approximately 50 pieces per style following technical review. Stock fabric in standard colours supports the lowest quantities, and DTG or DTF decoration avoids screen setup on small runs. Custom dyed colours follow dye house batch minimums.
A proto sample confirms construction, a fit sample confirms measurements, and a pre production sample in bulk fabric fixes every detail before production is released. If the pre production sample does not match the approved specification, it is corrected and resent at no additional charge.
Lead time depends on the factors above rather than a single published figure. An indicative schedule is confirmed with your quotation.

No. A tech pack makes quoting faster and more accurate, but a clear description, reference garments, target quantity and target market are enough to start. Where you do not have a specification, we can develop one with you and confirm it in writing before sampling.
Minimum order quantity depends on material availability, colour count, construction, decoration and packaging. Projects can begin from approximately 50 pieces per style following technical review. Where a fabric has to be knitted or dyed specifically for a project, the practical minimum is set by the mill rather than by us, and we tell you that before you commit.
We correct it and send a revised sample at no additional charge. The pre production sample is checked against the written specification you approved before it is sent to you, and bulk production does not begin until that sample is approved, so this covers the one stage where a mismatch can happen before any material is committed to your order.
Yes. Private label production covers your main label, care and content labels, size labels, hangtags, barcodes and packaging. You supply the brand assets and the legally required care and fibre content information for your market, and we apply them to the approved specification.
