Transfer printing that works across cotton, blends and performance fabrics, for artwork other methods cannot reproduce on your fabric.
DTF prints artwork onto a film which is then heat applied to the garment. Because the ink never has to bond directly with the fibre, it works across a far wider fabric range than DTG, including polyester and blended fabrics.
It has become the practical answer for mixed fabric programmes, small quantities of detailed artwork, and decoration on garments that are difficult to print directly.
Process
Each stage exists to resolve one question. Skipping a stage moves risk further down the line rather than removing it.
Artwork is prepared and printed onto transfer film.
Adhesive powder is applied and cured onto the printed film.
The transfer is applied to the garment at controlled temperature, pressure and time.
Adhesion and wash durability are confirmed on a test piece.

Questions
It depends on the fabric, the artwork and the quantity. Screen printing suits solid colour artwork at volume. DTG and DTF suit detailed or low volume artwork. Sublimation works on polyester rich fabrics. Embroidery suits logos and durable branding. We confirm the method against your artwork and fabric during technical review rather than applying one method to everything.
