Support for Dutch brands, retailers and importers sourcing apparel from Pakistan into the Netherlands and onward across the European Union.

The Netherlands is both a market and a gateway. Many shipments into the European Union arrive through Rotterdam, and a Dutch importer often distributes onward to other member states, so labelling and documentation are planned for every country the goods will reach, not only the first one.
As an EU member state, the Netherlands follows the EU textile labelling regulation, with fibre composition shown in Dutch for products sold there. Brands selling across several markets usually choose multilingual labels from the start.
The Netherlands has also introduced extended producer responsibility for textiles, which places reporting obligations on the producer or importer that first makes clothing available on the Dutch market. We support that with composition and weight data for every style.

Documentation
The document set is confirmed against your destination and your importer's requirements before dispatch.
Duty and trade terms
Duty depends on the product, its commodity code and the rules of origin. These notes explain what to check, not what you will pay.

Questions
We build labelling into the specification and apply exactly what you approve, including fibre content, care symbols, country of origin and identification details. Responsibility for confirming what your market and your product category legally require stays with you as the brand owner. We flag anything that looks inconsistent before production.
Yes. Fibre content and care labels can be printed in the languages each market requires, such as English and French for Canada, or several European languages on one label. You confirm the wording, and we apply it exactly and flag anything that looks inconsistent with the fabric.
We quote against recognised Incoterms so that responsibility for freight, insurance, duties and customs clearance is unambiguous. Tell us your preferred term and destination and the quotation is prepared on that basis. Where you have a nominated forwarder, we work with them.
Lead time is quoted per project rather than published as a single figure. It is driven by fabric availability, dyeing, decoration method, quantity, the number of sample rounds and the destination. We give you an indicative schedule with the quotation and confirm dates once the pre production sample is approved.

Tell us your destination city and country in the quote request. Sizing, labelling and documentation are then prepared for this market from the start.
