What we offer Australian buyers is the same specification discipline described throughout this site, applied to a destination you confirm rather than assumed from experience with other markets.
Australian buyers typically source at a wider range of quantities than large European retail programmes, from a first validation run through to repeat wholesale orders, which suits our lower minimum quantities as much as it suits an established importer scaling an existing range.
Sizing, care labelling and country of origin wording are confirmed with you before cutting starts. We apply exactly what you specify rather than assuming an Australian standard on your behalf.

We build labelling into the specification and apply exactly what you approve, including fibre content, care symbols, country of origin and identification details. Responsibility for confirming what your market and your product category legally require stays with you as the brand owner. We flag anything that looks inconsistent before production.
We quote against recognised Incoterms so that responsibility for freight, insurance, duties and customs clearance is unambiguous. Tell us your preferred term and destination and the quotation is prepared on that basis. Where you have a nominated forwarder, we work with them.
Lead time is quoted per project rather than published as a single figure. It is driven by fabric availability, dyeing, decoration method, quantity, the number of sample rounds and the destination. We give you an indicative schedule with the quotation and confirm dates once the pre production sample is approved.
Minimum order quantity depends on material availability, colour count, construction, decoration and packaging. Projects can begin from approximately 50 pieces per style following technical review. Where a fabric has to be knitted or dyed specifically for a project, the practical minimum is set by the mill rather than by us, and we tell you that before you commit.
