Applied vinyl and printed transfers for names, numbers and small quantity personalisation.
Heat transfer covers cut vinyl and printed transfer materials applied with a heat press. It is the standard method for names and numbers on teamwear, where every piece is different and no other method is economical.
It is also the usual route for branding on garments that cannot be printed or embroidered, such as waterproof shells where perforating the fabric would defeat the purpose.
Process
Each stage exists to resolve one question. Skipping a stage moves risk further down the line rather than removing it.
Transfer material is selected against the fabric and the end use.
Vinyl is cut and weeded, or transfers are printed.
Transfers are applied at controlled temperature, pressure and time.
Adhesion and stretch behaviour are verified on a test piece.

Questions
It depends on the fabric, the artwork and the quantity. Screen printing suits solid colour artwork at volume. DTG and DTF suit detailed or low volume artwork. Sublimation works on polyester rich fabrics. Embroidery suits logos and durable branding. We confirm the method against your artwork and fabric during technical review rather than applying one method to everything.
