Finding fabric that meets the specification, is available at your quantity and holds a stable price.
Sourcing is the point where a specification meets reality. A fabric can be perfect and still be wrong, because the mill will not run it below several thousand metres, or because the colour is only held in a quality that does not suit the garment.
We source against three constraints at once: the technical requirement, your quantity, and the schedule. Where those constraints conflict, we present the trade off rather than choosing silently on your behalf.
Process
Each stage exists to resolve one question. Skipping a stage moves risk further down the line rather than removing it.
End use, handfeel, weight, performance and price position are established.
Candidate qualities are identified against availability at your quantity.
Physical swatches are sent for approval before any commitment.
Price, minimum quantity and lead time are confirmed against the approved swatch.

Yes. Tell us the end use, the target market, the handfeel you are aiming for, any performance requirement and your target price position. We propose fabric options with composition and weight ranges, and confirm the specific quality against a physical swatch before sampling.
Minimum order quantity depends on material availability, colour count, construction, decoration and packaging. Projects can begin from approximately 50 pieces per style following technical review. Where a fabric has to be knitted or dyed specifically for a project, the practical minimum is set by the mill rather than by us, and we tell you that before you commit.
GSM describes fabric weight in grams per square metre. The same nominal fabric can finish at different weights depending on yarn count, knit or weave structure, dyeing and finishing. We publish typical ranges for guidance and confirm the actual finished weight for your approved quality on the sample.
