Turning a commercial idea into a manufacturable garment, before any money is committed to fabric.
Most failed first orders are design problems rather than factory problems. A silhouette that photographs well can be impossible to grade across a size range, or can require a fabric that no mill will run at your quantity.
Design work at this stage is about resolving those conflicts on paper. We work from your references, your target market and your price position, and return construction options with the consequences of each one stated openly.
Process
Each stage exists to resolve one question. Skipping a stage moves risk further down the line rather than removing it.
References, target market, price position and quantity are reviewed together.
Two or three viable constructions are proposed with their cost and minimum quantity implications.
The chosen direction is written down as a specification that sampling can work from.
You approve the specification in writing before sampling starts.

No. A tech pack makes quoting faster and more accurate, but a clear description, reference garments, target quantity and target market are enough to start. Where you do not have a specification, we can develop one with you and confirm it in writing before sampling.
