Manufacturing
Converting approved fabric into accurately cut panels, with fabric utilisation controlled at the marker.

Cutting determines both accuracy and cost. The marker, which is the layout of pattern pieces across the fabric width, decides how much fabric a garment consumes, and small utilisation gains matter across a large order.
Accuracy matters more. Panels cut outside tolerance cannot be corrected at the sewing line, so the first cut panels of every lay are measured before the lay is released.

Process
Each stage exists to resolve one question. Skipping a stage moves risk further down the line rather than removing it.
Pattern pieces are laid out for utilisation, grain and any directional fabric.
Knitted fabric is relaxed before spreading to prevent post cut shrinkage.
Fabric is spread in plies with tension and alignment controlled.
Panels are cut and bundled by size and shade lot.
Cut panels are measured against the pattern before release to sewing.
Suitability
Where this capability is the right choice, and the materials it is compatible with.
Limits
Stated plainly, because a capability described without its constraints will be misapplied to a product it does not suit.
Materials
Composition, weight guidance and decoration behaviour for each fabric are on its own page.
Questions
Lead time is quoted per project rather than published as a single figure. It is driven by fabric availability, dyeing, decoration method, quantity, the number of sample rounds and the destination. We give you an indicative schedule with the quotation and confirm dates once the pre production sample is approved.
Tell us the product, the fabric and the quantity. We will confirm whether this is the right process and what it means for your minimum quantity and schedule.
