Uniform programmes judged on durability, laundering performance and consistency across repeat orders.

As a uniform manufacturer based in Pakistan, TextileWays builds for a different brief than fashion buyers work to. A uniform buyer is not buying a season, they are buying a programme that has to look identical when a new employee is issued a garment three years after the first order.
That makes consistency the primary product attribute. Retained approved samples, locked fabric specifications and recorded colour standards are what allow a reorder to match, and they matter more than anything visible in a photograph.
The second requirement is laundering performance. A garment that is washed commercially several times a week ages very differently from one washed at home, and the fabric decision has to reflect the actual laundering regime.

Specification
Weight ranges are typical for this category. The finished weight of your fabric is confirmed on the approved sample rather than guaranteed to a figure.
Decoration
Decoration is matched to the fabric and the artwork rather than applied by default. Each method links to its own page with limits stated.

Materials
Composition, weight guidance and decoration compatibility for each fabric are on its own page.

Ordering
Neither figure is published as a universal number, because neither one is true across every specification.
MOQ depends on material availability, colour count, construction, decoration and packaging. Uniform fabrics are widely stocked in standard colours, which usually supports lower quantities than fashion categories. Corporate colours outside the stock range follow dye house batch minimums.
A wearer trial is recommended before a large programme is committed, since comfort and laundering performance only reveal themselves in use. Approved samples are retained by both parties as the reference for every reorder.
Questions
Answers relevant to this product family. The full list covers ordering, sampling, materials, decoration, compliance and logistics.
An approved pre production sample and the signed specification become the reference for repeat orders. Reorders are checked against that reference rather than reinterpreted, which is what keeps a second run consistent with the first. Where a fabric or trim has changed availability, we tell you before production instead of substituting quietly.
We build labelling into the specification and apply exactly what you approve, including fibre content, care symbols, country of origin and identification details. Responsibility for confirming what your market and your product category legally require stays with you as the brand owner. We flag anything that looks inconsistent before production.
Yes. Third party inspection and buyer appointed quality agents are welcome. Tell us the inspection standard and the sampling plan you intend to apply so that the schedule allows time for inspection and, if needed, for rework before shipping.
Minimum order quantity depends on material availability, colour count, construction, decoration and packaging. Projects can begin from approximately 50 pieces per style following technical review. Where a fabric has to be knitted or dyed specifically for a project, the practical minimum is set by the mill rather than by us, and we tell you that before you commit.
Share your product details, target quantity and delivery requirements. We will confirm feasibility, materials and construction before quoting.
