Wet processing that sets the final handfeel, appearance and dimensional stability of a garment.
Garment washing is not cleaning. It is a process that changes the product: softening handfeel, stabilising dimensions, creating a worn appearance or setting a specific surface effect.
Because the recipe determines the finished article, it has to be locked as tightly as the fabric. A signed wash standard garment retained by both parties is what keeps a repeat order looking like the original.

Process
Each stage exists to resolve one question. Skipping a stage moves risk further down the line rather than removing it.
A wash recipe is developed against the target appearance and handfeel.
A wash standard garment is produced and approved by both parties.
Bulk is processed against the approved standard with batch records.
Garments are measured after washing, since dimensions change during processing.

Questions
An approved pre production sample and the signed specification become the reference for repeat orders. Reorders are checked against that reference rather than reinterpreted, which is what keeps a second run consistent with the first. Where a fabric or trim has changed availability, we tell you before production instead of substituting quietly.
Lead time is quoted per project rather than published as a single figure. It is driven by fabric availability, dyeing, decoration method, quantity, the number of sample rounds and the destination. We give you an indicative schedule with the quotation and confirm dates once the pre production sample is approved.
