Industry
Agencies and distributors supplying branded apparel and accessories for events, campaigns and staff programmes.

Promotional buyers work to fixed dates and mixed briefs. An order might combine tee shirts, caps and tote bags for one campaign, all needing the same logo to look identical across three different fabrics.
Decoration consistency across product types is the recurring technical challenge, and it is usually solved by choosing the decoration method per fabric rather than applying one method to everything.
Priorities
Drawn from what buyers in this sector actually ask about, rather than from what is easiest to promise.
Compliance
Regulatory responsibility for a product sits with the organisation placing it on the market. These are the points we raise before production.
Questions
Lead time is quoted per project rather than published as a single figure. It is driven by fabric availability, dyeing, decoration method, quantity, the number of sample rounds and the destination. We give you an indicative schedule with the quotation and confirm dates once the pre production sample is approved.
It depends on the fabric, the artwork and the quantity. Screen printing suits solid colour artwork at volume. DTG and DTF suit detailed or low volume artwork. Sublimation works on polyester rich fabrics. Embroidery suits logos and durable branding. We confirm the method against your artwork and fabric during technical review rather than applying one method to everything.
Minimum order quantity depends on material availability, colour count, construction, decoration and packaging. Projects can begin from approximately 50 pieces per style following technical review. Where a fabric has to be knitted or dyed specifically for a project, the practical minimum is set by the mill rather than by us, and we tell you that before you commit.

Describe your requirement, the quantity and the timeline. We will confirm feasibility and tell you which requirements need to be settled before quoting.
