Knitted fabrics
Terry with a brushed reverse. Warmer and softer than french terry, with a fuller, heavier hand.

Brushed fleece is looped back knit with the reverse mechanically brushed to raise a soft pile. It traps air, which makes it warmer than french terry at the same nominal weight, and it is the standard choice for winter hoodies and heavier sweat product.
The brushing process itself affects the finished weight and the surface, so two fabrics quoted at the same gsm can feel noticeably different. This is one of the cases where a physical swatch matters more than the number on the specification.
Properties
These describe how the material generally behaves. They are not universal facts, because the specific yarn, structure and finishing change every one of them.
Applications
A certification option is not a certification held. Any claim on a finished garment requires a certified supply chain and current transaction certificates for your specific order.
